To improve the visitor experience at the PDX Art Museum, I began by researching how digital tools can enhance engagement and accessibility. Understanding the growing preference for mobile interactions, I explored how a dedicated app could streamline ticketing, membership access, and exhibit information. From there, I mapped out user needs and pain points, focusing on features that would reduce friction in the visitor journey while making the museum experience more interactive and engaging. This research laid the foundation for designing an intuitive, user-friendly mobile experience tailored to modern museumgoers.
